Aquapazza is coming to America, sources close to Siliconera claim. The VN-based fighter had its console debut in Japan last August and is slated to hit American shores November 19th, via publisher Atlus. The game is speculated to release as a retail disc for $29.99.
Aquapazza: Dream Aquaplus Match is a 13 character fighter that features 14 unique assist characters. It features (decent) online netcode, lobbies, and in-game movelists.

You’ve wanted it forever, and now RiCK and Fightan Vidya finally deliver.
The much anticipated SCV tourney is finally here: organized and presented by UtopiaBird.
This will be another AI tournament, since FightanVidya doesn’t Fightan. Matches will feature Create a Soul characters facing off in 2/3 sets for the much coveted corner waifu privilege.

Why play fighting games when the computer can do it for us?
Yet another CPU tournament is coming up! Hosted by FerrellJ, teams of two will face off vicariously in SFxT Scramble Mode.
The format of the tournament will be two out of three sets, double elimination. This is subject to change, depending on the number of entrants. The tournament is uncapped, so find yourself a partner.
Teams of two can sign up with their name, members, character choice, and most importantly theme song in this convenient document.

Barring credit card fraud, Super Smash Bros Melee has secured its triumphant return to EVO. The Smash community has raised over ninety thousand dollars for Breast Cancer Research. Runner-ups include Skull Girls at seventy-eight thousand and Super Turbo at thirty-nine thousand. The Fighting Game Community has let out a collective, begrudging sigh in response.
This reporter wonders why the Smash community did not just host their own tournament using the money as a pot bonus, but the inner workings of the autistic mind are a mystery to us all.
Scans of some Japanese Magazine™ have revealed Will A. Zeppeli, Johnathan Joestar, and Johnny Joestar with Slow Dancer as playable characters in the upcoming game, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. This brings the number of fighters up to 18. Analysis of the accompanying images show both Johnathan and Zeppeli using a variation of the Zoom Punch. Jonathan also appears to be wield Luck and Pluck, the sword of Bruford. Like Gyro shown previously, Johnny will appear to have access to his horse and make use of The Spin.
All Star Battle is slated for a 2013, speculated sometime in March.

Friday, November the 16th, 4PM PST/7 EST/11 GMT, Fightan Vidya will return to the streets of Southtown to throw-down once more. Standard Fightan Vidya Pro-Gaming League rules apply: 2/3 games, double elimination.
To avoid the unnecessary complications associated with GGPO hacking, this tournament will take place on Supercade. As such, there will be no stream available. If you wish to hack GGPO, an explanation can be found after the jump.

The era of peace and love is over; let fighting reign! In a return to our roots, KWFang had organized a tournament for the original Marvel vs. Capcom. U: was back in full force, sweeping the tournament to come in first. Maji got second and SexualLee placed third. U: recieved the paper and much more valuable corner waifu privileges.
