The era of peace and love is over; let fighting reign! In a return to our roots, KWFang had organized a tournament for the original Marvel vs. Capcom. U: was back in full force, sweeping the tournament to come in first. Maji got second and SexualLee placed third. U: recieved the paper and much more valuable corner waifu privileges.
Four more years.
Thanks go out to Fang for organizing, Polaz for streaming, and RiCK for providing the website.

Kwfang is running this stream and has set up a challonge registration page
Lolpolaz will be streaming this on his channel Virtual Mode
The tournament is this Saturday. Kwfang should update the challonge page with start time details soon. Once again, the prize for first place is $20 worth in fun money for the PSN or XBL marketplaces.
And of course! The much desired Corner Waifu.
Kwfang is sick of our new found peace at fightan vidya and has decided to host a brutal tournament for his entertainment. The battlegrounds have yet to be decided but a new poll has been put up to make his decision easier. The winner of this bloody exchange will receive $20 in PSN or XBL fun money.
It is time to decide fightan! Who will you slay for 20 dollars!?
The results of the inaugural Fightan Vidya Cup are finally here! AIs clashed and died for the amusement of we sentient overlords. After a grueling eight hours, the one who stood above and triumphed was Team Psycho Streetwise, composed of Maji (Bison, U1), Witty (Guy, U2), and Utopia (Cody, U2).
The culmination of Maji’s years and dollars spent in art school.
After fighting their way up the losers bracket, Team PSW would meet Team Anon fielding GGPOAnon (Cammy, U2), 2huAnon (Bison, U2) and TinyAnon (Hakan, U1). They would go up 3-2 with a Cody clutch finish to reset the bracket. As if predestined, both teams would again go to the final game, final round, Cody vs. Hakan. It would be Cody, the honest to goodness street fighter, who would crash his way to victory.
Rounding out top 3 was 895 Is Dangling His Capbro, who played Seth U2, Ryu U1, Bison U1 respectively.

!!WARNING: A HUGE FIGHTAN VIDYA TOURNAMENT APPROACHES!!
What Fightan Vidya thinks they look like…
Inline with Fightan Vidya’s grand tradition of stealing ideas from others and the 4Chan Summer Cup, a new tournament is fast approaching. From the mind of Joestar, a 3v3, SBO style, SSF4:AE tournament will be held this Saturday, July the 21st, around 8PM EST. The teams will represent themselves with three AI controlled characters, locked throughout the tournament with their chosen ultras. T. Hawk, E. Honda and Z. Gief are banned from the tournament due to AI stupidity.
What Fightan Vidya actually looks like.
A stream of the action will be provided by Joestar on his stream:
